This is true for all of the above activities and some other things too, like yoga. Yoga is great for your body (not your mind!) but you can also do it in a way that is more useful for your mind. The trick is to find what works best for you. You can do yoga with your eyes open, but you will have to focus your mind elsewhere for it to be effective.
Yoga is a great way to quiet your mind and reduce stress. It also gives you the ability to focus on something other than yourself. If you’re like me and find everything else stressful, then yoga may be a great remedy to your problems. Most people do better in a group or with a friend than alone, so finding a place to do it with a close friend or relative (or even strangers) is a great way to take your mind off things.
The problem with yoga is that it can be extremely stressful. If you do it too often, you may become too dependent on it. I’ve never been a huge fan of yoga, but I found myself spending a lot more time doing it if I was not already doing it. A good time to do it would be after a long day of work or school or whatever.
If you are in a group, you should use your free time to do something you enjoy, like reading, walking, singing, or meditating. Doing something you don’t enjoy takes up time that could be spent doing something you do prefer.
I think you can do both. However, if you are already doing it, you can also use the time to improve it. Most people who do not do yoga feel they should have time to do it so they can “fit in.” However, I think it is important to remember that most people are not “fit in” to exercise and most people do not actually enjoy it.
I don’t think there is any right or wrong answer to this question, but I think it would be very good to include time limits for just about everything. If you really love to read, you could do it every day and set a time limit on it. If you really love to walk, you could set a time limit on it. If you really love to meditate, you could set a time limit on it.
But here’s the thing, if you love exercise like I do, you can just go and do it every day. If you don’t have a time limit, you can walk and meditate and do whatever you want (as long as you don’t start a new round of meditations). However, some people do enjoy exercising and others don’t and it all depends on their exercise habits. I think time limits for exercise would be a good idea.
