I have been known to be a little cold on the outside, but warmer than the coldest of us on the inside. The warmth of a glass of wine, a hot cup of coffee, or a warm blanket.
You know what I mean. It’s all about the inner glow with me. I’m just not one to hold onto any type of feelings for long. This is what keeps me warm even when I’m cold.
Well said, and it also applies to frost and sullivan as well. Those two are just two of the many people I know who are always ready to warm up the coldest of us on the inside. Those are the people who are always happy to share a warm hug or a cold glass of wine when they are able to. That’s what makes them warm, and what keeps them from freezing from the inside out.
I think anyone who says something like that is someone who is either very cold or very self-conscious. Myself? I try to warm up my cold hands when I see a little bit of heat in someone else. And I try to warm up my cold feet when someone else is warm.
I’ve read two other books on how to warm up yourself when you feel like you have too much. You could heat your feet, but you can’t really heat your feet; you have to get up. That’s what we do when we feel like I have too much energy, but this is something you don’t want to do.

The cold blood can damage and inhibit your brain. In order to maintain the proper balance of hormones and the normal functioning of our brains, we need to get our blood flowing.
