I am really enjoying the “break apart and distribute strategy” and I am also loving the “build up” strategy. The first step is to break apart the idea of what you are going to do, and then distribute it. For me, I have been distributing the first step of the strategy as building up, getting ready for the next step. I love that because it allows me to not only have a larger vision and clearer focus, but also a stronger focus on the next step.
It looks like the build up strategy is starting to pay off.

We had a very similar process with our business. The first step was to have a business plan outlining the purpose of the business and how much we could possibly make. The second step was to have a business plan outlining the strategy behind our business and how many customers we could reach before we ran out of money. That is also how the first step is, having a strategy in place and then building on it.
This is the third stage of the process.
And when a business or company is doing this, it means that they have a set of goals and a set of strategies in place. At the end of the day, the business person needs to be able to say, “I just did this.
Strategy is the blueprint for doing something. If you don’t have a strategy, it’s hard to do anything. The only way to accomplish something is to have a strategy for it. If it’s all set out, it’s doable. If it’s not all set out, it’s not doable. The only way to have a strategy is to have an action plan. A lot of times, people make plans and then they forget about them.
