I love to cook, but I’m a single mom of two kids. Which is why I have a pretty terrible habit of making meals that are just a mess. The worst part is that I don’t know how to fix the mess. I’m trying to create a routine that I can stick to and have a way of making my meals that are healthy, delicious, and fun. The last 3 years I’ve been a vegan, but I still have food issues.
Well, I like to make vegan meals. But I dont know how to make an easy vegan meal with all the ingredients I have to hand. Ive tried to make a lot of different recipes but none of them seem to be very healthy, very tasty, very fast, very simple. I need to find a way to make a meal that works for me.

The problem is that some people eat just to prove that they can, and some people just eat to feel better. I mean, does anyone really think I would starve to death, let alone go hungry? I mean, I would have told you that I am perfectly fine but you would have said, “but you aren’t. Why not?” I mean, I would have just said that you are missing out by not eating.
