The ability to admit and own our weaknesses is one of the most important qualities to develop. It is one of the hardest things to develop. It takes practice, patience, and humility. In the end, it is a skill that we are born with and we cannot teach as we can only learn. We can’t make anyone better or worse.
Competing in the game of life is tough enough without being a jerk about it. So it is a trait that we should definitely cultivate. But I think it also comes with a responsibility to acknowledge that we are not perfect even as we strive to be. We are human, and as such we will make mistakes that can and will be corrected, and we should learn from them. But if we stop there, we will miss the main point.
The point being? We should strive to be better human beings. That we can improve as a whole. That we can learn from these mistakes. If we stop there, we will miss the main point.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.
So we are stuck in a time loop again. We may be able to stop at any time, but not every time. And it’s still time looping.
The best thing you can do as a human being is to strive to be better. To strive to be better than you were yesterday, better than you were today, better than you were last year, better than you were last month, better than you will be next month, and so on. Because each time you do better, you create opportunities and choices to grow and improve. What can we do about it? Just look forward. Do the best you can.
The more you push the better the better you will. And just look at the list of people that the world will want to meet on top of your body for the next 20 years.
The last time we mentioned a list of people that the world will want to meet on top of my body for the next 20 years was back in 2012. In that list was my cousin.
I like to think of myself as a “gifted” person. I’ve always been a natural, born to be the leader. I’ve always been a natural at life and I’ve always been a natural at making people laugh. That’s how I’ve always made people laugh. And that’s how I’ve always made people feel good about themselves.
When we talk about the list of people that the world will want to meet on top of my body for the next 20 years, we don’t talk about what the world will want to meet on top of my body for the next 20 years. That’s just a convenient way to get it.
