I am going to break this down into three categories: 1. Business Growth; 2. Incentive; and 3. Sales.
Erp systems can allow companies to grow and generate revenue from customer purchases without taking on a lot of capital. Incentives are usually tied to the sales of a particular product or type. For example, Microsoft’s Office gives you a discount on new software every time you purchase it. Incentives are also frequently tied to the products of the company’s partners. Amazon’s Prime members get a discount on Amazon.com purchases every time they use it.
There are several business benefits to using an erp system. The first is that it makes it extremely easy to scale. Even if you’re a one-man-band, you can still get the same effect, and if you have a few dozen customers, that’s still easier than it would be if you owned the entire company.
Another benefit is that an erp system doesn’t make it impossible to work with other customers. Because the system itself is so flexible, you can still use it to your advantage. There is no reason to share the same system with your customers, since you can modify it to suit their needs. In other words, your customers will not lose their current discount because of you.
An erp system is basically a self-contained business, complete with a system of invoices and customers, all organized and automated. Because it’s so flexible, you can modify it to suit your own purposes. There is no reason to share the same system with your customers, since you can modify it to suit their needs.
This is an important point since it appears that you are running into some issues. At the very least, you are not using the same billing system that your customers are using. This can cause problems when your customers are trying to order something and you do not have invoices in place. You could have the system in place, but if they were to change their mind about ordering it, you would be stuck without a system.
If someone is trying to set up a new payment system without you, you could run into the same issue. You could do some special-relationship-tests and see if your system works before they try something else that would be a lot easier. We’re not talking about getting an order for a new phone. We’re talking about trying to schedule an order a few days in advance with your customers. You can do this by using your phone and getting calls back from your customers.
If you have an erp system it will likely be used by those that know how it works and those that don’t. It’s going to be used by people that have a system that’s not working, or who need to get something done.
So the primary business benefit of an erp system is that those that have a system are not likely to get calls from customers that they don’t know how to get.
As a customer you can now tell your supplier they need a certain item and you have an order for it. This will probably happen in several places in the world, and it is all done by the system. If you dont have a system, you will have to go through multiple suppliers, and it can be frustrating.
