If you are a co-operative team, no one will know about your struggles. So if you are struggling, it is okay to ask for help from your team. If you are living your life as a team, when you are struggling you can ask for help. The problem is a lot of times we are in a state of co-operate and not co-operate.
A lot of times we struggle in the real world, but we aren’t as aware of our struggles. We are in the real world, but we are so unaware of our struggles that we don’t recognize there are struggles we can overcome. Being aware of our struggles is important. Even if we go to work and tell our boss “I’m struggling with this,” we won’t know about it.
