I recently attended an event in the Pacific Northwest that was a great opportunity to hear from some of the industry experts. I spent the day with these incredibly talented planners and people in the retail space and we came away with a lot of great insights about the opportunities and challenges for retailers in the future.

Please note that these strategies should not be applied to your specific situation. Remember that the goal of a retail strategy is to maximize your sales. You can’t just go after your sales by focusing on the people who are actually making your sale. A retail strategy is to do everything on the fly.
