We often think of control in terms of how much something costs, but control in the sense of the three levels of self-awareness.
There are three basic types of control that need to be discussed here. There’s the control of the physical world in terms of our ability to move, to stop, and to stop moving. There’s the control of our emotions in terms of our ability to feel, to want, and to want feeling. And there’s the control of our thoughts, our moods, and our desires in terms of our behavior and our actions.
Let’s talk about the first of these: this is the control of the physical world. The physical world is everything that we can see, touch, hear, smell, etc. We have this ability to move in our own bodies and this ability to stop moving. We have this ability to stop feeling, to want, and to want feeling. How do we exercise these? It’s pretty simple: we have to do something. We have to exercise this control.
So what does exercise this control mean? Well there are three basic categories of control. The first is the control of our physical movement. The second is the control of our emotions. The third is the control of our actions.
Well, the first two categories are pretty difficult to give you a concrete definition of the third. But in the last few years there have been a lot of articles in the media and on the internet about how we control our actions. We can control our actions by having a mind that controls our actions and our minds by having a body that controls our bodies. It’s fairly common for people to say that we control our thoughts and our actions by what we think.
But its also common for people to say that we control our lives by what we do and how we feel. I think one of the reasons that these two things have become so intertwined is because of our constant struggle with what we think. We feel we can control our thoughts and our actions. But we can also control the feelings a person has.
In the past, if you wanted to control your thoughts and your actions, you would have had to have a mind that was just as strong. This is not the case anymore. We are all now capable of controlling our feelings, and the way they are expressed, in a way that leads to our feelings being as strong as they possibly can be.
The brain has developed a lot of different control systems over the years, but the three that are most useful in the present day are: emotion, motivation, and attention. When you’re not paying attention to your emotions, you’re in over your head. You’re either not listening to your own voice or you’re tuning out the sounds around you to hear only your own thoughts.
How we process our emotions is largely under the control of our prefrontal cortex. How people express these emotions, and the way they are expressed, are under the control of their amygdalas. These are the “little rooms” in the brain that are filled with nerve cells that are firing in response to stimuli. This is where all the emotion kicks in, the way a person experiences all the emotions, and how they are expressed.
As we know, our prefrontal cortex is responsible for our ability to consciously think and act. What about the amygdalas? This is the part of the brain that controls our emotional expression. The amygdalas are like tiny little cells that contain the most important functions of the entire brain. And that means that all our emotions are under the control of the amygdalas.
