The mind is the most powerful thing you can do when you’re thinking, feeling, or thinking is all you do at a time. When we’re thinking, we’re thinking about the things we’re thinking about. Think about the things that are important in everyday life.
When minding your business, you are not thinking about the things you think and/or feel about. You are thinking about the things that are important to you. This is a very different approach to mindfulness that can help you to be more aware of your thoughts and emotions. Minding your business can actually help you to make more of a difference in your life and in your relationships.
When you think about your thoughts, the thoughts can turn into reality. When you’ve got a thought you can’t shake, you’ve got real things that are happening in your life and you’re not even aware of it. That’s not quite the same as minding your business though, because in minding your business, you have a much more structured thought process.
Minding your business can be a bit like being a mind reader. You can have your mind reading out loud and get an idea from somebody else’s perspective. You can do this by making sure that you’re listening to the right thoughts and not being distracted by something else. But you can do it by thinking out loud and seeing what ideas jump out at you. Doing this has the benefit that it gives you the ability to make better decisions and be more aware of your surroundings.
Mind your business is a great way to not only avoid being distracted, but to actually learn something that youve heard before. For example, if you are reading through a book and find yourself wondering why the main character isn’t even mentioned in the book, you have just done mind your business. I feel like, after you do mind your business, you realize that you have no idea what the author is thinking and that you might have missed something important.

For the last couple of years I have been asking people, “What do you think about this? What do you think about this?” when I ask them what they think about this. I’m not sure why, but I suspect that because people are in a hurry, they aren’t thinking of the full picture.
As for what they think, a lot of the time I think its that they dont like the concept. That they dont like what is going on in the world. That they are bored. I would argue that this is often true, but it can also be a valid reason for not doing what you think you should.
This is one of those times. I had to stop myself from asking people what they thought about the “what do you think” question because I was trying to figure out why they were so concerned about this seemingly non-issue that was so important to me. When you ask a question such as “What do you think about this?” people don’t just think of what they think is right, they think about what they think is wrong. Because they are trying to make the right argument.
It’s an interesting idea. It’s not just wrong or right. You’re trying to think about what you think is wrong. You’re trying to think about something that is right. I think that’s what I was getting at.
