I think this is a great way to talk about how much you may not know about your body. One of the most important things you can do to start to roll your awareness around this process is to check in with yourself every hour or so. When you do, you’ll begin to see the patterns in your body that are going to have you thinking about things like digestion and sleep.
The truth is that our bodies are so interconnected that we often don’t realize they have all these different parts, and they communicate with one another really well. We use our bodies to do work, to do things that would be hard or impossible without them. This is a particularly important part of your self-awareness. We’re not just talking about the digestive system here, but the heart, the blood, the nervous system, the skin, etc.
All of our thoughts and actions are connected. And for most of us, our body is the largest and most complex part of the machine. Your body is a muscle. Your muscles are a network of nerves. Your nerves are a network of blood vessels. Your blood vessels go from your head to your feet.
The brain, the heart, the blood, the skin, and the muscles all play an important part in the feeling of being alive. I find it fascinating that we have the ability to think about our body as a whole at the same time. If I think of my brain, I think of it as a network of neurons. I think of it as a network of blood vessels. I think of it as a network of skin cells. And I think of it all together as a system.
That’s a powerful concept. And although I often find myself getting sick of the idea of a brain, I do find it interesting that I can think of my body and realize how everything that circulates around it works together to create and maintain my feeling of being alive.
Of course, this also applies to the body as a whole. When I think of my body I think of it as a network of blood vessels, skin cells, and nervous system. I think of it all together as a system, and I think of my entire body in this way.
Just as our bodies are a system, so are our minds. We feel our brains and our thoughts as if they are our own thoughts and feelings, because they aren’t really. They’re just like thoughts and feelings but they’re only as real as our bodies. And if you think about this for a moment, you’ll probably change your mind about the idea that your body is truly yours.
Thats a very good point, and I think it may be why I like the term “rolling period.” A rolling period is a period of time during which we continue to feel our bodies and our minds, but our body and mind isnt really in any state to act on our body or mind. All our bodily functions continue to operate, but our mind and our body isnt really doing anything. We feel our body and our mind but it isnt really doing anything.
