The answer is probably not the one on the right. That’s because it is a very old and dated way of thinking. Today’s brains are better than they were in the past.
In contrast to the old ways, our brains are more “wired for efficiency.” The “efficiency” of our brains is that they’re better in many ways than the old, mechanical, slow, and clumsy ways of our ancestors. In the old days, our brains were “wired for speed,” so our lives were more about running around than thinking things through. Now that was the way our brains were.
The problem with the current system is that it is a way of thinking that is not efficient. Our brains were designed for efficiency, but our lives are not the same way. So while the modern way of thinking is better in many ways, there’s a good chance that if you find yourself doing something that doesn’t fit the old way of thinking, you will create new habits and routines that make it easier to complete.
This is the way our brains are designed to work. So much of our thinking is based on repetitive, mindless patterns of thinking that have not evolved to a higher state of efficiency. The way we think is not efficient in the same way that a computer is inefficient. And we spend more time thinking about stuff that doesnt directly affect us as opposed to things that do.
When a person tries to do something not fitting the old way of thinking, the brain creates new habits that make it easier to do that thing. For example, when I’m sitting at the computer, I try to do things that make me happier rather than ones that make me miserable. That’s just the way our brains work. The same goes for how we feel. Some new habits make it easy for us to feel good about ourselves, and other habits make it easier to feel bad about ourselves.
I think this comes back to the idea that the brain is a muscle that needs to be exercised. To get the most benefit from any new skill we should do it with that skill in mind. This is why the best way to start a new skill is by focusing on your own strengths and weaknesses. You can then use those strengths to make the new thing as easy on you as possible.
What I’m saying is that when you start to get good at something new you aren’t just picking up new skills, you’re taking some old skills and using them to help you better your old skills. In the case of productivity, the new skills are, like, email, which I do a lot, and web design, which I don’t do as much.
I think that it would be very difficult to find a software developer who has not taken a class on how to use their web development skills to make their web sites easier to use, improve their SEO, and build social media presence. Even the world’s best developers find themselves struggling to be productive in the same way that we do.
And that’s not to mention the benefits of having a good website. It appears that, like your old skills, your old skills are going to improve. It’s just going to take a little more time to get them right.
