Every time you think about something, you put yourself in the shoes of someone else. That’s the difference between being positive and being negative. When you’re feeling negative, there’s less of a sense of accomplishment. Instead, you’re more of a positive person. In fact, when you get positive and you’re ready to start getting positive, you are more likely to start feeling better.

If you have some time to kill, it can be tempting to get distracted by how you feel right now. This is especially true if you are feeling depressed. However, your mood is more likely to be affected by how you feel right now than by how you look right now. I mean, you can look at a picture of a cute puppy or a pretty girl and think you’re feeling pretty, but in reality, you are feeling kind of empty inside.

It’s like you have to get out of your head and run for your life, and your life would be a mess. Just like if you had to get up and go to work today, you would be feeling a little empty inside.
