I’ve been wanting to try the liu qing recipe and this is the first time I’ve ever tried it, so I can’t really compare. I was very excited to see if it was as good as the recipe says, but it was very very very very very very tasty.

The liu qing that I ate was pretty tasty but definitely not the same as the recipe tells it to be. In fact, unlike the recipe, I dont think the liu qing I ate was in any sense good. I think it was a little too salty. But I think the recipe is just so good, I cant really fault it for that.

But what is good is that the liu qing tastes like what you think it is, and that really is the main reason that the liu qing is called aLiqing.
