I have been reading a ton of great books on self-awareness lately. I find a great number of them from Amazon in my Amazon list. I tend to read only books in the same genre and genre of self-awareness. I don’t really need a specific book to show self-awareness, but I do like to read a ton of self-awareness books.
So I like to read books that discuss self-awareness in a broad sense. This is because self-awareness is not all about how we think or feel. It is about being aware of all of our thoughts, feelings, and reactions. It is about knowing our motivations and understanding our reasoning process. I also like to read books that discuss self-awareness in a more specific sense that is connected to the topic of meditation.
So there are a number of books about the self that I’m reading right now. The book I am currently reading is One Minute of Self-Awareness by Daniel Goleman. It was originally published a few years ago, and is now being revised and re-released after a number of changes. I especially like the second section, called “The Third Mind.” It gives a good overview of the self with the following statements about self-awareness.

In my own case, it doesn’t make me feel more or less loving or committed to my friends.
