The first question is always who will be our target? The answer is, of course, the customers. But they are not the only ones we need to worry about.
The first thing we need to do is keep our customers happy, which means keeping them engaged and engaged they are, we can only succeed by being more than happy to serve them. We can’t continue to rely on our customers to be happy unless we are happy to serve them. We can’t expect our customers to be happy if we are not happy to serve them. And you can’t be happy to serve them if you aren’t happy to serve them.
If you do things that don’t make your customer happy, you are not serving them. So in addition to doing what you can to make your customers happy, we can also do what we can to make our own customers happy. The internet is a fantastic tool for learning how to do that. We don’t know if our customers are truly happy with us, but we can try to figure that out, or we can ask them.
