I get asked this question a lot, and I do my best to answer. I personally do not have a problem with cronulla, so I am not going to write about it.
In the first edition of this book I talked about the need to start working on our personal mental state in order to have a positive impact on our lives. Now, I no longer agree with that concept because I believe that your mental state determines your behavior and actions. That is why work on your own mental state rather than just working to improve yourself is so important.
I think it’s interesting that many people have a problem with it. Some people think that if you just work on yourself, you will become better and more capable. I think that’s bull. If you just work on yourself, you will be miserable and likely never achieve anything. So, instead, I like to think that if I could, I would have a daily “mental regimen” that I would follow as I worked on myself.
The easiest way to do that is to do the same thing every day. Set a goal for yourself and work towards it. You can do this with a spreadsheet, a diary, or any other tool that allows you to track your progress. You can even do this in a way that you can see results. I personally like to do it with the Pomodoro technique, where you take a short break every 30 minutes and then switch to the next 30 minutes.
The Pomodoro technique is a style of time management that I’m not really into, but it’s a great way to set goals and track progress. I’ve found that it’s great for staying focused, so I use it all the time. I’ve also used it to make sure I get a break every three hours, so I have some more time to sleep.

The cool thing about cronulla is that its use is completely new and different. Its uses are very similar to what the Google Analytics tool is used for. It takes time tracking, but it also gets rid of annoying “tracking your time” notifications that you get every time you click on a link.
