These tools are really useful, but I’m going to throw in a couple of really cool ones in the list: SalesChrono, and KPI Chart (which helps me keep track of my sales cycle). Both are really helpful for keeping track of your sales cycle.
SalesChrono is a simple tool for tracking how long your sales cycle is going to be. The first time you sell something, you can enter a time period, and it will tell you how long it will take you to sell that item. The second time you sell something, you can enter a time period, and it will tell you how long it will take you to sell that item.
I like to use SalesChrono to track my sales cycle because it tells me how long I sell my products. The last time I sold a product, the SalesChrono tool told me it took me seven weeks to sell it. That means it took me 7/7/2007 until it was sold. That means I didn’t sell my product until the 7th of 2007.

I know this is pretty obvious, but I would bet you that your product isnt even close to even selling yet. Let me spell that out for you. There’s a lot of product out there that doesn’t sell as well as your product. The best I can come up with is that your product is going to sell somewhere between 20 and 35% of the time, and that you will sell it about 10% of the time.
