Best Buy has a brand that looks great but is not easy to sell. It has a lot of personality, a great sales process, and can be very complex. There are certain words that can be used by your self-proclaimed sales consultant that are easy to find, but can be tough depending on how you look at them.
Let’s say you find a potential buyer for your computer. Can you take the sales process into account and find out what they want to know about your computer? If not, you’re going to go about selling it in the wrong way. For example, if you don’t know what a “smartphone” is, you won’t be able to tell a potential buyer that your computer is a smartphone.
For the purposes of this post, I’d say you can take the sales lead for all the different “buyers” on your computer and find the one that you’re interested in. We’ll see.

The way I like to set the goals and tasks for my sales team is to get them brainstorming. I want to get them talking, and then I want them to come back with what they think is the best sales plan. I generally want to have them coming back with something that is a little bit more specific than a “you’re going to get a discount because its cheaper than buying it from Best Buy”.
